A wonderful sauce that accompanies many dishes.
- 2 cups basil leaves (packed)
- ½ cup avocado oil
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- ½ cup pine nuts
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Place basil, pine nuts, garlic, and salt into a food processor.
- Pulse until all ingredients are finely chopped.
- Add in the avocado oil and blend until combined.
- If needed, add more avocado oil until desired consistency.
