A savory side dish to compliment any meal.
- 6 ripe avocados
- 1 tomato
- ½ onion
- 3 tablespoons cilantro
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 1 tablespoon salt
- Cut open and scoop the avocados into a mixing bowl.
- Use a masher to mash finely until it is a creamy texture.
- Dice the tomato, onion, and cilantro and place into the mixing bowl. Add in salt and lime juice.
- Mix thoroughly until everything is blended well. Add extra seasoning according to preference.
