An easy side to accompany most dishes.

Ingredients

  • 2 zucchinis
  • 2 cups mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut aminos
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Directions

  1. Rinse mushrooms and zucchini. Chop into pieces.
  2. Heat avocado oil on skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add vegetables to skillet. Season with remaining ingredients.
  4. Cook until tender.
  5. Enjoy!
