Sautéed Vegetables

An easy side to accompany most dishes.
Ingredients
- 2 zucchinis
- 2 cups mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon coconut aminos
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Directions
- Rinse mushrooms and zucchini. Chop into pieces.
- Heat avocado oil on skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add vegetables to skillet. Season with remaining ingredients.
- Cook until tender.
