A simple homemade side.
- 4 pieces of bread (gluten-free, keto, or paleo depending on dietary restriction)
- 1-2 tablespoons ghee
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- Preheat your oven to 400F (200C).
- Divide the ghee and spread evenly over the 4 slices of bread.
- Place the minced garlic on top of each piece.
- Toast the bread according to your preference.
- Garnish with parsley if desired.
