A simple, yet flavorful dish.
- 1 lb shrimp
- 1 tablespoon ghee (melted)
- 2 tablespoons garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon dry mixed herbs (Italian blend)
- 1 lemon (juiced)
Preheat the oven to 400F (205C).
Add the shrimp to a large bowl and combine with the rest of the ingredients.
Coat fully and set aside to marinade for a few minutes.
Place shrimp on a sheet pan in a single layer.
Place in oven for 10 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked through but still tender.
