1 lb chicken wings

¼ cup coconut amino original seasoning sauce and marinade (big tree farms)

Directions

  1. Preheat your air fryer.
  2. Season the wings with the dry rub.
  3. Place into the air fryer for 20 minutes on 350F (180 C).
  4. Place cooked wings into a bowl and toss with the sauce.

  • 8 strips prosciutto

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400F (200C).
  2. Place prosciutto into the oven for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Cut open the avocados and slice into pieces.
  4. Toast the bread according to your preference.
  5. Remove toast and prosciutto. Place avocado slices onto the toast.
  6. Crumble prosciutto and place on top of the avocado.

  • 2 cups mixed greens

  • 1 tablespoon crispy garlic
  • 4 tablespoons smelt eggs

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl combine the mixed greens, bean sprouts, crispy garlic and avocado.
  2. In a separate bowl mix the salmon cubes with the smelt eggs.
  3. Place the salad mixture onto a plate followed by the seasoned salmon cubes.
  4. Add the scallions and the teriyaki sauce.
  5. Mix thoroughly until the sauce has seasoned the entire dish.

Potato Latkes

A simple starter dish that goes great with a Passover meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs potatoes (peeled)
  • 1 onion (peeled)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons arrowroot or tapioca flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ cup avocado oil

Directions

  1. Shred the potatoes and thinly slice the onion.
  2. Transfer the shredded mixture to a large bowl lined with a few layers of paper towels.
  3. Squeeze as much water out as possible over the sink. Remove the paper towels and place the mixture directly into the bowl.
  4. Add in the eggs, arrowroot, salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  5. Heat the avocado oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  6. Line a large plate with paper towels to drain each batch.
  7. Scoop up 2 tablespoons of the mixture into the skillet, press down gently to flatten.
  8. Make sure they are spread apart, you will need to cook in batches.
  9. Fry until golden brown on one side then carefully flip to the other side.
  10. Transfer to the plate with paper towels and drain briefly.
  11. Repeat until all the latkes are cooked.
  12. Serve warm and top with Cinnamon Apple Bites.
