Ingredients

  • 1lb peeled shrimp
  • 2 tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 4 tablespoons cilantro
  • 2 lime (juiced)
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder

Directions

  1. Heat ghee in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add in shrimp and season with garlic and onion powder.
  3. Continue cooking until ready. Place on a dish and let shrimp cool off.
  4. Meanwhile dice the tomato, onion, and cilantro and place into a mixing bowl.
  5. Cut shrimp into thirds and add into the mixing bowl. Add in salt and lime juice.
  6. Mix thoroughly until everything is blended well. Add extra seasoning according to preference.
  7. Accompany with Salmon Sashimi.

  • 1 lb chicken thighs (boneless and skinless)

Directions

  • 12 eggs
  • 2 cups guacamole

Directions

  1. Place eggs into a pot and add enough water for eggs to be fully submerged.
  2. Turn on stove to high heat and cook until water boils. Leave stove on for an additional few minutes.
  3. Drain the water and place the eggs into a bowl with ice immediately to chill.
  4. Once the eggs have cooled off, begin to peel.
  5. Cut the eggs in half and scoop out the yolks.
  6. Mash six of the yolks finely and mix with your Homemade Guacamole.

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 bunch of asparagus
  • ½ lime (juiced)
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic

Directions
