Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 1 cup asparagus (sliced)
  • 2 cups snow peas
  • 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 cup purple cabbage
  • 3 tablespoons spring onion (sliced)
  • ¼ cup white onion (diced)
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Heat the ghee in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the shrimp and season with the salt. Cook until light pink color, then set aside.
  3. Pour in the sesame oil and all the vegetables (except garlic). Cook until mostly tender.
  4. Toss in the garlic, apple cider vinegar and coconut aminos.
  5. Cook another 2-3 minutes, stir in the shrimp and continue cooking fully through.
  6. Top with sesame seeds and spring onion.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (skirt or flank)
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 1 tablespoon arrowroot or tapioca powder
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • ½ cup coconut aminos
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoons fish sauce
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 4 tablespoons avocado oil

Directions

  1. Slice the steak into small pieces. Add to a large bowl.
  2. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and arrowroot. Toss to coat.
  3. Heat the avocado oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the steak in a single layer to the pan, you may need to work in batches.
  5. Sear the steak a few minutes on each side until it forms a deep brown crust.
  6. Transfer the cooked steak to a plate and set aside. Repeat with the rest of the steak.
  7. Add the garlic and sesame oil to the skillet. Cook for 1 minute while stirring.
  8. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer. Let it simmer for about 2 minutes.
  9. Return the steak to the skillet. Stir in the rest of the ingredients.
  10. Bring the sauce to a simmer again. Cook until the sauce has thickened, stirring often.

Chicken

  • 1 zucchini (sliced)
  • 1 can water chestnuts

  • ½ onion (diced)

  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Sauce

  • ½ cup coconut aminos

  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons arrowroot or tapioca powder

Directions

  1. Heat half the avocado oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken and season with the salt and pepper. Cook fully through, set aside.
  3. Heat the rest of the avocado oil in the skillet. Add in the onions and zucchini.
  4. Stir occasionally while continuing to cook the onions.
  5. Meanwhile, add all the sauce ingredients to a bowl. Mix together and set aside.
  6. Add chicken back to the skillet when the onions and zucchini are almost ready.
  7. Pour in the sauce. Mix to evenly coat.
  8. Stir in the cashews and water chestnuts.

  • 2 teaspoons avocado oil

Rice

  • 1½ cups cauliflower rice
  • 1 tablespoon coconut aminos garlic sauce (coconut secret)
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • ½ lime (juiced)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil

Guacamole

Pico De Gallo

  • 1 tomato (diced)
  • ½ onion (diced)
  • 1 tablespoons cilantro (chopped)
  • ½ lime (juiced)

Directions

  1. Season chicken with the dry ingredients and put into a bowl.
  2. Add in the seasoning sauce and let it marinade for several minutes.
  3. Heat avocado oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  4. Add in the cauliflower rice and the remaining ingredients for the rice.
  5. Cook fully through, making sure the rice is evenly seasoned. Once cooked, set aside.
  6. Heat the avocado oil and sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  7. Once hot, add in the chicken. Cook fully through on all sides.
  8. Transfer to a cutting board and let it rest for 5 minutes. Dice the chicken into small cubes.
  9. Spoon the cauliflower rice into serving bowls and top with the chicken.
  10. Add in the pico de gallo and top with half the guacamole per bowl.
  11. Garnish with cilantro or parsley if desired. Accompany with your favorite salsa.

Directions

Soup

  • 8 large eggs
  • 8 cups chicken broth
  • 1 medium onion (diced)

  • 1 drop fish sauce (very small)

Garnish

Directions

  1. Add the sesame oil to a pot over medium heat. Once very warm, add in the onions.
  2. Sauté the onions until they are soft. Add in the remaining soup ingredients.
  3. Bring the pot to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
  4. Whisk the eggs in bowl. While stirring the soup in a circular motion, pour the eggs slowly into the pot.
  5. Taste and add additional salt or seasoning if needed.

Directions

  1. In a large bowl add all the items for the marinade. Toss in the meat until it is fully coated. Allow to marinate for 10-15 minutes while you prep or overnight.
  2. Preheat the oven to 425F (220C).
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the sauce. Add in the broccoli and coat fully with the sauce.
  4. Take out a large sheet pan and add the broccoli in a single layer.
  5. Using tongs, add the marinated beef to pan with broccoli. You may need to use a second pan.
  6. Place on the tray in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, until the steak is done to your liking and broccoli is just tender.
  7. Remove the pan from the oven. Add the scallions and sesame seeds to garnish.
  8. Accompanies well with the Cauliflower Fried Rice.

  • 4 cups cauliflower rice
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 lb chicken breast (finely cut)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • ½ cup onion (diced)
  • ¼ cup spring onion (chopped)
  • 4 tablespoons teriyaki sauce (primal kitchen)
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Heat half the avocado oil and sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Whisk the eggs and pour into the pan. Season with salt and cook fully through.
  3. Remove the eggs and set aside on a cutting board until they cool off. Roughly chop into small pieces.
  4. Pour the remaining avocado oil and sesame oil into the pan. Add the onions and cook until they have softened.
  5. Add the garlic and cook for about another 30 seconds, until they become fragrant.
  6. Rinse the chicken and pat dry. Season with salt and add to the skillet.
  7. Cook for about five minutes until the chicken is mostly done.
  8. Add in the cauliflower rice and stir for about 3-5 minutes until the rice begins to soften.
  9. Stir in the cooked egg and teriyaki sauce and keep stirring until most of the liquid has evaporated.

  • 1½ lbs ground chicken
  • ½ small onion (diced)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 420F (215C).
  2. Combine the ground chicken, mushrooms, salt, sesame oil, onions, and chives in a large bowl.
  3. Roll the mixture into medium sizes balls.
  4. Drizzle half of the coconut aminos over the top of the meatballs.
  5. Place into the oven for 8 minutes.
  6. Take out meatballs and drizzle the rest of the coconut aminos.
  7. Place back into the oven for 12 additional minutes.
