A popular Persian colorful and refreshing salad.
- 3 tomatoes (diced)
- ½ large onion (diced)
- 1 cucumber (diced)
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 2 tablespoons mint (dried)
- Place the tomatoes, onion, and cucumber in a bowl. Add in the olive oil, and lemon juice.
- Top with the dried mint.
- Mix well so entire salad is seasoned evenly.
- Place into the refrigerator for 30 minutes prior to serving.
- Can be eaten on its own or as a side to accompany your favorite entree.
